Specialists of the cable car manufacturer Inauen-Schaetti work on the renovation of the Hammetschwand lift on the Buergenstock, at 1125m above sea level, Switzerland.
In summer 2019, during a routine check it was determined that the anchoring of the lift’s frame had to be revised, reports state. Additional steel anchor rods are currently being concreted in and the steel frame is reinforced with additional steel rods.
