Some 150 Civil Guard officers took in the operation to arrest six people and seize three speedboats.
The gang used an operations base on Chafarinas islands, 27 milles off Melilla coast, a Spanish enclave in northern Africa.
Since last September, Civil Guard took part in 210 actions in the area to arrest 1,500 people and seized more than 190 tons hash.
