The Rath Yatra of Hindu god Jagannath is one of the most important festivals in which devotees pull chariots with depictions of Lord Jagannath, his brother Balabhadra and sister Subhadra are pulled through the streets in colorful processions.

The festival is mainly celebrated in Puri but also in some other states of India.
