Cotta , 26, died as he was taking part in the fashion presentation during Sao Paulo’s Fashion Week.
Now doctors think that may have had an undiagnosed illness from birth.
Guests at the event had initially thought the fall was part of the model’s act before medical staff rushed onto the stage to try to revive Cotta.
