The Times reports that Prime Minister Joseph Muscat quelled rumours that he is about to step down after the budget is passed. The paper says it was the only reference Muscat made to the leadership issue during a pre-recorded interview aired on One radio on Sunday.
The Times speaks to former Planning Authority director Alfred Baldacchino who said that ‘fake rubble walls’ built of limestone blocks along new roads are possibly in breach of the law, which protects the traditional rubble wall.
