The Malta Independent speaks to Transport Minister Ian Borg following the protest the Central Link project on Sunday. Borg said he respected the views of demonstrators but insisted that the project will be ‘environmentally friendly.’
The Malta Independent says in another story that PN MPs Simon Busuttil, Karol Aquilina, and Jason Azzopardi have avoided questions about the confidence vote in party leader Adrian Delia on Saturday. The paper says the three are among the most critical of Delia within the parliamentary group.
