Rock in Rio opens

Rock in Rio, the largest music festival in the world, opened the doors this Friday in its hometown with the largest entertainment infrastructure in its history, distributed in 385,000 square meters in the Olympic Park, and awaiting the visit of about 700,000 people.

Foo Fighters, Bon Jovi, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Iron Maiden, P!Nk, Muse, Imagine Dragons and Drake top the list of artists who will bring 300 hours of music to the City of Rock during the seven days of the festival, which includes metal, classic and alternative rock, pop, rap, electronic and the original funk of the cariocas favelas.
