It has been 72 hours since the search and rescue (SAR) operations activated to locate Nora Anne Quoirin, 15, a missing Irish teenager.
The scope of this SAR operation which entered its fourth day, has been expanded to include surrounding hills and creeks and not limited to the surrounding area of the four-acre resort.
The family of a vulnerable 15-year-old London girl who vanished in Malaysia on a “holiday of a lifetime” believe she has been abducted though Malaysian police so far are treating it as a missing persons case.

Nora Quoirin’s parents woke on Sunday to find her missing from her bedroom at the Dusun resort.
Nora, the daughter of an Irish-French couple who have lived in London for about 20 years, arrived at the resort in a nature reserve near Seremban on Saturday for a two-week stay.
Her father raised the alarm early Sunday after she was discovered missing with the window in her bedroom open.
Negri Sembilan police chief, Datuk Mohamad Mat Yusop said efforts to find the girl have been intensified, with more than 170 personnel, comprising police, the Fire and Rescue Department, Civil Defence, Rela and the Forestry Department dispatched to comb the surrounding dense jungle and hilly terrain.
He said they were confident that the 15-year-old is still in the jungles within the vicinity of the resort.
