SLIDESHOW: ‘Cracking Art’ in Switzerland

Photos of plastic sculptures on display in the streets of Ascona, Switzerland that are part of the outdoor exhibition ‘Cracking Art’.

Cracking Art, is part of an artistic movement born in 1993, and known around the world for its urban installations characterised by the use of animal artworks in regenerated and recyclable plastic. The works, in a variety of sizes and colours, invade urban spaces with a fairytale poetry that seeks empathy. The exhibition in Ascona runs till 30 June.
