The Headlines: In-Nazzjon – Wednesday 19th June

 

In-Nazzjon reports that the PN parliamentary group meeting on Tuesday ended after midnight and leader Adrian Delia told the press later that the discussion laid the foundations for the future of the party.

In-Nazzjon quotes the Association of Hotels and Restaurants which warns that Malta is transforming into a construction-site experience for visitors. President Tony Zahra said that the ‘intolerable’ situation is damaging the tourism sector.

In-Nazzjon reports that a 23-year-old construction worker passed away on Tuesday after suffering serious injuries from a four-storey fall at a building site. The incident happened last week in Qawra.
