Two teenagers in custody after car chase following luxury car burglary in Melbourne, Australia

Two teenagers have escaped injury and are in custody after an 80-kilometre police chase from Geelong to Melbourne’s inner east ended with a fiery car crash.

Police were called to an alleged aggravated burglary at Peter Street in Bell Post Hill, a suburb of Geelong, about 4am on Tuesday where a luxury car was stolen.

The two men were taken in custody after they led police on a high speed chase before crashing at the Toorak Road off ramp of the Monash Freeway.
