UEFA has alerted the French authorities raising doubts about the regularity of the Champions League match between PSG and Red Star, played last 3 October and finished 6-1 for Neymar and team-mates. This is reported by the French sports daily ‘L’Equipe’ in its online edition.Â
The ‘blown’ to the European football confederation came from a source deemed reliable, and it became known that a Belgrade team leader was willing to bet, along with accomplices, $ 5 million on the defeat of his team with 5 waste networks, as it happened.Â
The bettor would be at the top of the company and, to secure the stellar winnings (several tens of millions of euro) would have involved several of its holders in the agreement.
