University students protest against changes to education budget in Costa Rica

Students and staff of public universities participated in a march, to protest against a change to the educational budget, in which the converged towards the Presidential House in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Hundreds of students and staff of the public universities of Costa Rica marched to the Presidential House to protest against a change to the educational budget that they say will affect the operation of the universities.
