It-Torċa says that workers at a Gozo company have been repeatedly warned by the management that they will be dismissed if they join a trade union. The paper says the working conditions at the company are poor.
It-Torċa speaks to Medavia HR and Corporate Communications manager Ivan Refalo who said that the company is looking to grow if it finds sufficient talent. Refalo said that finding enough people with the right abilities is a major challenge.
