Giorgia Borg’ managed to impress the judges of Britain’s Got Talent and got the prestigious golden buzzer which meant an automatic place in the semi-finals.
Borg rendered an original song, performing it with a voice well beyond her years.
The Metro reports “There was one act, however, who went better and won Alesha Dickson’s golden buzzer; Giorgia Borg.”
It adds “The Maltese singer absolutely wowed the judges, with Alesha in particular jumping up and exclaiming ‘that’s how you do it’ before pushing her buzzer. Not only did she sing her song, 10, but she wrote it as well, which is pretty impressive for someone as young as her.”

Viewers were left in tears by Giorgia’s performance, which makes her the youngest ever act to get the buzzer.
They rushed to social media to share their amazement at Giorgia’s voice, and some also remembered they had seen her somewhere else before.
One posted: “Giorgia was on Junior Eurovision last year!”
Another added: “Giorgia was amaaaazing – one of the best I’ve ever seen, she’s TEN.”
A third chipped in: “Top girl Spectacular voice!…Well done Giorgia.”
A fourth asked: “Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t Giorgia Borg respresent Malta in the Junior Eurovision song constant?”
Giorgia has indeed appeared on television before, coming third on Malta’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest last year.
