3.3 Earthquake registered in Northern Sicily

An earthquake of magnitude 3.3 was recorded at 4:52 am in the Nebrodi mountains and Madonie, in northern Sicily.

According to the surveys of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (Ingv), the earthquake has had a hypocenter at 70 km of depth and epicenter between Castel di Lucio (Messina), Sperlinga (Enna) and Gangi (Palermo).

No damage to persons or property is reported.
