The painting ‘Maria Maddalena’ by Artemisia Gentileschi, is placed in one of the rooms of The Royal Palace (Palazzo Reale) for the exhibition ‘The Ladies of Art. Stories of women between ‘500 and 600’, in Milan, Italy, 02 March 2021. The painting was damaged in the explosion that occurred in the port area on 04 August 2020 in Beirut.
