Gattuso reveals how the AC Milan players were convinced for Malta’s training camp in 2007

During the presentation of the book ‘From Calciopoli to Pink Floyd’ by Alberto Costa, the Rossoneri coach Gennaro Gattuso revealed a particular anecdote about the winter retreat in Malta that led to the 2007 Champions League.

Gattuso, who is experiencing a difficult moment with Milan, said that “with the excuse that we had made a Maltese sponsorship we ended up in Malta preparing for mid-season preparation, but there was a tremendous wind and it was cold.
