A magnitude earthquake 3 was registered at 6:20 am between the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Parma.
According to data from the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (Ingv), the earthquake took place at 24 kilometers of depth and the epicenter was 7 km north-east of the Emilian municipality of Vetto.
No damage to people or property was reported.
