The Russian fishing trawler Bukhta Naezdnik burns in the harbour of Tromso, northern.
According to reports, some of the 29 crew members have been sent to hospital for smoke inhalation.
Local police asked residents to keep windows closed to avoid being exposed to smoke, media added.
