The Latest At least six people were wounded in a rocket attack on Tel Aviv. The Israeli military said the rocket was launched from Gaza.

President Trump’s campaign “did not conspire” with Russia during 2016 election, Robert Mueller’s report says. Special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election has found no collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, and no reason to charge Donald Trump with obstruction of justice, a letter delivered to Congress from the Justice Department says.

Two ministers touted as a potential replacements for Theresa May as Prime Minister said they fully back her. Environment Secretary Michael Gove told reporters it was not the time to change the captain of the ship.

A man was taken to hospital with serious injuries following a fight that broke out in a restaurant in Mgarr on Sunday afternoon, the police said. (The Malta Independent) 

The cruise ship Viking Sky,  that got into trouble off the Norwegian coast,  is now safely at the port of Molde in Norway. This after three of the ship’s four engines were later restarted.

The Malta Independent carries an interview with Jobsplus Executive Chaiman Clyde Caruana who warned that unskilled workers are often the first to pay the price for quick increases in wages, leading companies to shift to automation.

The Times speaks to Malta Insurers Association head Adrian Galea who said that the lowered alcohol limits did not have the intended effect of drink-driving. Galea said that insurers agree with the new regulations but expect better enforcement.

The Malta Independent reports that the European Parliament will today debate a resolution calling for action in Malta and Slovakia on investigations into murdered journalists in the two countries. The resolution will be then put to the vote next week.

The Times quotes PN Leader Adrian Delia who says the party received evidence that financial transaction documents carried his falsified signatures and that these were passed to the police for investigation.

In-Nazzjon also covers the address by the PN Leader at a political event on Sunday where he warned that lies against him will not stop him from fighting corruption.  He said that a magisterial inquiry is ongoing to establish the facts of the case.

L-Orizzont quotes Prime Minister Joseph Muscat who said that a turnaround in Air Malta’s profitability was only possible thanks to the dedication of the company’s employees. Muscat expressed his confidence that the national carrier can become ‘the airline of the Mediterranean’.

In another story, L-Orizzont speaks to a woman who, aged 16, was told she had been adopted after her biological mother was contemplating abortion. The unnamed woman says that she has forgiven her natural mother and is thankful for the family she grew up in.

Indonesia’s long-awaited first subway opened Sunday in the country’s capital Jakarta with the aim of relieving the traffic gridlock .It often can take two or more hours to move 5 kilometres in some areas of Jakarta.

Police chiefs in Britain are advising householders to consider asking Google to blur out images of their properties in Google Street View to prevent them being targeted by criminals. The rise of Google’s Street View tool they warned has left homes across Britain vulnerable to burglars.

The media in Venezuela is claiming that two Russian air force planes at Venezuela’s main airport landed with a Russian defence official and nearly 100 troops.

Capt. Wendy Rexon and her daughter First Officer Kelly Rexon were the pilots behind the controls of a Delta Boeing 757 during a flight from Los Angeles to Atlanta last Saturday.
