Thousands of Bolivians attended a demonstration held to show opposition to President Evo Morales and his participation in upcoming elections, in La Paz, Bolivia.
President Morales will run in the upcoming Bolivian elections, seeking a fourth term in office.
Morales is facing increased scrutiny due to corruption allegations and his administration’s response to wildfires in the Amazon forest region of the country. General election in Bolivia are scheduled to be held on 20 October 2019.
