Theresa May is in Brussels on Sunday to nail down Europe’s political assent for the Withdrawal Agreement and Political Declaration on future relations between the UK and EU. The Government will doubtless declare a triumph on the basis that any deal is better than no deal, but its cave-in on Gibraltar is a sign of things to come.
