Don’t Stop Me Now … Covid-19 ward doctor performance after shift-end in Varese hospital

Christian Mongiardi, a young doctor in service at the Circolo Hospital in Varese, Lombardy, performed a number of Queen songs, including “Don’t Stop Me Now while sitting down at the piano in the hall of the hospital, after his shift in the Covid-19 ward.

The “Asst. dei Sette Laghi”, a Varese- local health organisation, posted the video on their Facebook page.

Wanted in Milan reports that the video became viral, Mongiardi was reportedly annoyed.  But his Chief Doctor, Prof. Francesco Dentali convinced him: “I told him it was a beautiful thing and it would have given courage to all of us and to all of the people who have relatives and friends hospitalized for Coronavirus in this difficult period,” La Reppubica, reports.
