Facebook language is a menace to Maltese: The Headlines – The Times

The Times publishes findings from an analysis of Maltese language skills among Secondary Education Certificate candidates which concludes that ‘Facebook words’ are to blame for the poor command of spelling.

Another story quotes Joseph Muscat who said that without the Electrogas power station the Malta would have been without electricity after damage to the interconnector to Sicily. He said that a report on the extent of the damage will be drawn next week.
