Germany Foreign Minister commits help to Spain in times of Coronavirus need

The news on Tuesday about849 coronavirus-related deaths in Spain is “incredibly bitter,” German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas has tweeted, thanking German doctors and nurses who are already helping out there.

“We need to help where we still have capacities,” he added. German hospitals have already admitted patients from France, Italy and the Netherlands, and Germany has also sent medical equipment including 300 ventilators to Italy.
