Reports from Lebanon said that the position belonged to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command (PFLP) and there were no injuries.

The strikes came a day after two drones, which the Lebanese army and the Iran-backed Hezbollah group said were Israeli, crashed in the Hezbollah-dominated southern suburbs of Beirut, with one exploding. The drones that crashed in Lebanon are believed to have been the ones that carried out an attack on Iranian forces in Syria to avert a planned drone attack by Iranian-backed forces.

On Sunday, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah warned from his Beirut bunker that the Shi’ite group would respond against Israel.
