Malta: Opposition leader declares no savings for third year

The Times reports on the financial filings submitted in parliament by Opposition Leader Adrian Delia. Delia is declaring that he has no savings in local or overseas banks but said that he is up-to-date with repayments on a €626,000 loan.

The paper says there was a slow return to the shops on Monday as retailers were allowed to reopen after 42 days of lockdown. A shop manager said that new measures such hand sanitizers and temperature-checking for customers are needed to keep the virus down.
