L-Orizzont announces that patients with rare diseases will now have access to healthcare in 500 specialised hospitals around Europe. In another story, the paper says the PN will elect the president of its Executive Council on Thursday.

L-Orizzont says that the Prime Minister was on one of the team lists discussed by leaders for the new EU roles to be appointed in October. The paper says that the team, proposing Michel Barnier for Commission President, was promoted by France.
