MIA-ACCA JES Students’ MeetUp: Inspiring Students on their Academic Journey

The Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) will be hosting an MIA-ACCA JES Students’ MeetUp event, designed to motivate and inspire students as well as individuals already in employment, by providing them with key insights relevant to their career or study journey, as well as an invaluable opportunity to network with MIA and ACCA representatives, ACCA Approved Learning Partners and fellow students.

The MIA-ACCA JES Students’ promises to be an engaging and informative event for all attendees. With a focus on empowering students, the MeetUp aims to equip them with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their academic pursuits, particularly for those individuals, young or otherwise, that are considering the ACCA route for an accountancy career.

Among the highlights of the event, Global Prizewinners, who have excelled on a global level, will share their journey in what will be an inspirational experience for existing, prospective and mature students alike.

The MeetUp will also provide an exceptional networking platform as attendees will have the opportunity to connect with foreign representatives from ACCA, who will be on hand to offer guidance and support regarding their career aspirations.

Students who are already on an ACCA pathway will also benefit from exclusive insights, resources and practical tips. On the other hand, prospective students who are considering this specific path towards an accountancy qualification will discover more on the extensive opportunities that are opened up for accountancy graduates in a myriad of economic niches, as well as the chance to connect with ACCA tuition providers.

This event will be preceded by a Tutors Development Day, in which the MIA and ACCA will offer key insights to support the progression of MIA-ACCA JES Students.
