Michael Emanuel, accused of killing Maria Lourdes Agius in September, may have developed psychosis – The Headlines: The Malta Independent

 

The Malta Independent asks Tourism Minister Konrad Mizzi whether the government holding shares in both Air Malta and Malta Air creates a conflict of interest. The minister says there is none, arguing the golden share in Malta Air does not affect the company’s operations.

The Malta Independent follows the trial of Michael Emanuel, accused of killing Maria Lourdes Agius in September. Psychiatrist Joseph Cassar told the court that Emanuel may have developed psychosis and his actions were ‘driven by the disease’.
