The Malta Independent asked Prime Minister Joseph Muscat about party donations by Tumas Group, who said that the Labour Party will continue to accept donations by the group as long as it is within the regulations. The Prime Minister was facing question about the latest revelations about 17 Black and said he would resign if he is found implicated in any wrongdoing.

The Malta Independent covers a draft report published by the European Parliament’s Rule of Law Mission to Malta in September. The paper says Police Commissioenr Lawrence Cutajar told the vesting MEPs that the investigation into Daphne Caruana Galizia’s murder had reached a very delicate stage.
