Opposition demands removal of Keith Schembri: The Headlines – The Times

The Times reports that the Opposition filed a motion in parliament seeking the dismissal of Chief of Staff Keith Schembri. A PN statement said that the party’s parliamentary group unanimously backed the motion in a parliamentary group meeting.

Another report in the paper says that a 61-year-old man from Mellieħa is accused of hitting his wife with a hammer at their home. The victim’s head and face were covered in blood when the police arrived, called in by the suspect.
