The Philippine health ministry on Wednesday recorded eight more deaths and 751 additional infections because of the coronavirus pandemic.
In a bulletin, the ministry said total deaths have increased to 974 while confirmed cases have risen to 19,748. It reported that total recoveries have reached 4,153, increasing by 90 on Wednesday.
