Photo Story: Aftermath of the earthquake in Turkey

A series of photos of the rescue work amongst the rubble after a 6.7 magnitude earthquake on Friday hit Turkey, also affecting parts of Syria, Georgia and Armenia.
At least 30 people have been killed and more than 1,600 injured in a powerful earthquake in eastern Turkey.
The quake centred on the town of Sivrice in Elazig province caused buildings to collapse and sent residents rushing into the street.

More than 400 aftershocks were recorded, Turkey’s Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (Afad) said.
