Airport staff unloads medical aid for Italy arrived with 3 flights, 1 from Ukraine and 2 from Egypt to Pratica di Mare, near Rome, Italy.
Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio thanked Egyptian people and government after receiving a medical shipment, the second of its kind from Egypt to Italy within one month.
“The medical aid that this coming these days from abroad is essential to support our hospitals. Today also Egypt and Ukraine have shown that they are in solidarity with our people,” Di Maio tweeted on Saturday.
He added that this is “A gesture that we greatly appreciated.”
