It has been installed to send messages of hope and overcoming the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic by a local ward office ahead of the Chuseok holiday. Chuseok is the autumn harvest celebration of the Lunar Calendar and is one of Korea’s major traditional holidays which falls on 01 October.
