Malta Today carries a story about possible legal action by players in the gaming sector to revoke a government decision granting a 64-year operating concession to Dragonara casino without a call for tenders. Gaming operators argue the bill may be in breach of state aid rules.

The newspaper also says that 12,000 accounts at Satabank have been frozen while the bank has been placed under the control of EY. A police investigation is combing through ‘billions of euros’ in transactions passing through the bank.
