Rain helps control enormous wildfires in Lebanon

According to reports, 18 Lebanese people were admitted to hospitals for treatment following multiple wildfires that began early on 14 October in Mechref, Dibbiyeh and Al Damour areas at Chouf District in Mount Lebanon. A tree burns in Mechref south Beirut, Lebanon. Massive wildfires spread across Lebanon this week, before moderate rains in the evening of Tuesday brought them under control in most affected areas.
