Scene of “stolen” kiss from Pope Francis goes viral

A scene at last Wednesday’s general audience of Pope Francis held in the Paul VI has gone viral after a man in blue sweatshirt and visibly moved, managed to embrace the Holy Father and kiss him on his forehead.

The man approached the Pope and managed to say a few words and then kissed him affectionately on the forehead.

The man was part of a group led by the 89-year-old French actor and painter Michel Lonsadale, a Catholic committed for a long time in the Charismatic Renewal, a movement that has tens of millions of faithful around the world and that Pope Francis meets every year.
