Six dead, 118 injured in a stampede from a discotheque in Ancona, Italy (UPDATED)

Six youths died, 118 were injured, 12 of which in serious condition during an a stampede which took place in a discotheque in the province of Ancona.

The tragedy took place in the “Lanterna azzurra” nightclub in Corinaldo, in Madonna del Piano. From the first information it seems that to trigger the panic and the subsequent escape has been the use, by someone, of stinging spray.

According to reports from the firefighters, there were a thousand people, attracted by the concert event of Sfera Ebbasta.

The names of the victims are: sia Nasoni, 14; Daniele Pongetti, 16; Benedetta Vitali, 15; Matttia Orlandi, 15; Emma Fabini , 14; Eleonora Girolimini, 39.
