Swedish think tank says economic recovery accelerating

Sweden’s economy is picking up pace and will grow 4.4% this year, a leading think tank said on Wednesday in a fresh forecast.

“The economy is accelerating in the second and third quarters this year, despite the fact that shortages of input goods and logistical problems are hampering industrial production and exports,” the National Institute of Economic Research said in a statement.
