The Malta Independent reports on the development of a new 5-star hotel in the Saqqajja area who proponents say will not obstruct views of Mdina.
Another story in The Malta Independent says that the Environmental and Resources Authority finds a villa in Safi proposed by Charles Polidano objectionable. The site over which the construction is proposed is designated as agricultural area in the South Malta Local Plan and the Authority said that the fact that it is an infill site “should not be used as a pretext to gain further development permissions”.
