In the early hours of Sunday a 3.8 earthquake was registered in the Viareggio area, in the province of Lucca, in Italy.
The epicentre was located at a depth of 8 km.
The news was announced by the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology. There is currently no news of damage or victims.
