3.4 earthquake recorded in Rieti, Italy

An earthquake of magnitude 3.4 was recorded at 19.50 near Rieti.

The epicenter, as announced by the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology on Twitter, is one kilometer southeast of Montenero Sabino, in the province of Rieti.

The earthquake was also felt also in Rome.

At present no damages are recorded. Checks are underway throughout the territory.
