CNN decides to call Co-Vid 19 a pandemic
Starting Monday, the CNN decided to start using the term pandemic to describe the current coronavirus outbreak.
The CNN argues that the decision was not taken lightly, and although it sounds alarming, there should not be a cause of panic.
The news site said that many epidemiologists and public health experts argue the world is already experiencing a pandemic because of the novel coronavirus.

Now that the virus has a foothold in so many countries, the threat of a pandemic has become very real,” WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus told reporters on a conference call from the organization’s Geneva headquarters Monday.
