The Times editorial focuses on the NAO report about the Mater Dei project. Entitled <<Evidence of maladministration>>  The editorial argues that “The findings again confirm a national malady – unpreparedness in adhering to basic norms of accountability and transparency. This most serious short- coming has run across much of the work of every successive administration; it ultimately exposes lack of enough willpower to ensure correctness in the use of public funds. What is most galling is the way prac- tically every administration attacks another for their own same weaknesses, the same shortcomings and the same arrogance in dealing with criticism over their lack of proper governance.”

In-Nazzjon’s editorial <<Raġun kbir lill-PN>> refers to the European dimension of Malta and the recent data published by the Eurobarometer. It argues that the PN’s vision for Malta to join the European Union was proved right.

The editorial of The Malta Independent focuses on Zuckerberg’s lacklusture performance and explanations in the hearing Facebook’s founder had at the European Parliament.

L-Orizzont’s editor expresses his view on the recent developments in the international world regards America and North Korea. <<Back to the Drawing Board>> refers to the decision by Trump to back from the summit.
