Former Pilatus director criticises Schembri-Tonna relationship: The Headlines – The Times

The Sunday Times reveals that a former non-executive director of Pilatus Bank criticised a €100,000 transaction between auditor Brian Tonna and his client Keith Schembri. The director told the Egrant inquiry that the ‘crazy’ financial relationship was unheard of.

A second story says that Chris Fearne outpaces Robert Abela by almost double the votes among Labour Party delegates. An internal survey carried out with 601 delegates at the end of the year shows that 68 percent of party officials are backing Fearne.
