It-Torċa says that the government is planning to introduce a national waste management strategy by the end of the year. Environment Minister Aaron Farrugia told the paper that management-by-crisis is no longer acceptable.
The paper says that a request for interview with PN Leader Adrian Delia was turned down after having initially “been given the impression” that he would accept. The paper says it wanted to speak to Delia about the state of the party.
