Italy’s social media campaign #iorestoacasa gains momentum as the country battles a Coronavirus outbreak.
A growing number of Italian celebrities are joining doctors, nurses and politicians in urging Italians to stay at home, as much as possible, to avoid getting infected by or spreading the Coronavirus.
The social media campaign #iorestoacasa (I Stay at Home) has involved everyone from Italian premier Giuseppe Conte and virologist Roberto Burioni, TV presenter Fiorello, influencer Chiara Ferragni and singers Gigi D’Alessio, Jovanotti and Ligabue.
